Waking up with a clear head is everyone struggling about now-a-days , isn't it? Same thing was with me. Most of us having our sedentary lifestyle are not geting proper sleep due to so much of stressful mind due to work schedules. So lack of proper sleep makes our everyday's beginning worst. We tend to wakeup with a heavy head.

But there's a way out here for a happy morning and a way to spend our whole day with a positive attitude.

Following are some simple ways to wakeup in a positive attitude every single morning :

1) Keep yourself away from the screen :

Darkness is essential to sleep.
